2021 AM2 Linear Bearing & ACME Lead Screw 3-Axis CNC Router
  • Primarily used for machining tooling board for medium-large composite molds - molds larger than the machine are machines in sections
  • Secondary use is for creating custom jigs/fixtures
  • Positional tolerance within +/- 0.002"
  • Workable area of 1255mm X 1340mm x 150mm (49.4" x 52.75" x ~ 6") [X-Y-Z]

 

    2020 ANYCUBIC MEGA Zero 3D Printer

    • 220mm x 220mm x 250mm (8.66" x 8.66" x 9.84") print volume
    • Single nozzle extrusion - typically using PLA
    • Used for rapid inexpensive prototypes
